• How far are you from the nearest airport?
  We are 20 minutes away from the St.Pete/Clearwater Airport and 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport.
  
• Do you pick up at the airports?
  No. However we have partnered with SuperShuttle. Their website is www.supershuttle.com; you can make discounted arrangements on their site.
  
• How far are you from the theme parks?
  Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are about a 35-minute drive. Disney Parks, Universal, and Sea World are all about 1.5 to 2 hours.
  
• Can we use the amenities of the other Plaza Beach Resorts?
  Yes! We encourage everyone to utilize the unique amenities at all three properties. The Plaza Beach Resort offers direct beachfront access with a large heated pool, shuffleboard, mini-golf, foosball table, human-size chess field, and Internet cafe. The Bayview Waterfront Plaza offers a beautiful large fishing pier overlooking Boca Ciega Bay with boat docking capabilities and a fitness center. The Bay Palms Waterfront Resort offers a huge 1,500 sq ft fishing pier as well as boat docking facilities.
  
• Are your pools heated?
  Yes. The pools on the bayside and the beachside are both at a warm 85 degrees all year round.
  
• Are your resorts pet friendly?
  The Bayview and the Bay Palms both have certain rooms that are designated "pet friendly." There is a $10.00 daily fee for the first pet and a $25.00 daily fee for the second pet. Limit of 40lbs per pet and a limit of two pets per room maximum. There is also a $50.00 CASH DEPOSIT at check-in PER PET which will be returned at check-out after the room is inspected. For longer staying guest the Max Fee for the first pet is $150.00 dollars and the max fee for the second pet in $375.00 dollars.
  
• Can we dock our boats at your resort?
  The Bayview and the Bay Palms both have docking facilities. You can tie up your boat on the bayside at $10/day, which also includes trailer parking for you at the Plaza.
  
• Do we need a car while we are staying at your resort?
  No, a car is not necessary. Everything is in walking distance, we are next to the Dolphin Village Shopping Center where you will find: Publix grocery store, Walgreens, CVS, Dollar Tree, Banks, many restaurants and beach stores. There is also a Beach Trolley that stops in front of our resort which will take take you anywhere throughout St Petersburg and Clearwater for a daliy pass of $4.00 dollars per person.
