The Best Rate Guarantee means that we beat our own rates and we beat surrounding hotels' rates:

• We beat our own rates
  We will match and beat the rates of our rooms offered through any online travel agency or booking engine. That means is if you find one of our rooms offered at a lower price on any of the On-line Travel Companies, just call us and book through us and we will match and beat the rate by $2.00 dollars.
  Show us that you could reserve the same room, for the same dates, for the same amount of people at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website and we will beat that price by $2.00. This must be done before you book your reservation.
• We beat our surrounding hotels' rates
  We will match or beat the rates of comparable hotels on Saint Pete Beach. That means if you find another hotel on Saint Pete Beach advertising lower rates, just call us and book a room in our hotel and we will match or beat their price.
  Show us that you could reserve a comparable room, for the same dates, for the same amount of people at a comparable hotel on Saint Pete Beach at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website and we will match or beat that price by $2.00.
