Yes. Plaza Beach Hotel – Beachfront Resort has been family owned and operated since 1988.

Our family is still actively involved in the resort today, and you’ll regularly see family members on property helping with day-to-day operations and making sure guests have an excellent experience.

That personal involvement is part of what makes staying at our 39-suite boutique beachfront resort different from a large corporate hotel. We focus on creating a more personal, welcoming, and intimate beachfront stay for every guest.

Reservations may be changed or canceled at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in date for a full refund of your deposit, which is equal to the first night’s stay.

Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged for the entire reservation, and there are no refunds for early departures.

Yes. When you book directly with Plaza Beach Resorts - through our website, by phone, or in person - the daily resort fee is just $24 per night, plus tax. Reservations made through third-party travel websites, such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and other Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), are subject to a $44 per night, plus tax resort fee.

Your resort fee includes high-speed Wi-Fi, morning coffee, complimentary beer and wine from 4–5 PM in the Social Room, use of large beachside pool, pool loungers, beach loungers, pool and beach towels, an in-room safe, Tesla/EV charging, fitness room access, a guest computer and boarding-pass printing, and access to amenities at all three Plaza Beach Resorts.

Direct bookings also include one complimentary self-parking space per room.

Check-in begins after 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
