Family Owned and Operated Since 1988

What brings you to St. Pete Beach and Clearwater? Are you here for your annual family vacation? Reunion with college friends? Honeymoon? Whatever the occasion, it deserves an outing (or several) to commemorate it, complete with food and drink. If you’re not sure where to take your family, your entourage or your beloved, we’ve come up with a list of five spots in the area perfect for a week’s work of celebrations.

1. Savory on the Beach

This recently-opened eatery is perfect for an indulgent breakfast of brioche French toast, breakfast burritos and decadently-flavored pancakes (apple pie, anyone?). At lunchtime, this beachside bakery offers light but savory fare like quiches and hearty salads. It’s also a sweet spot to grab a bakery snack or a loaf of gourmet bread. Perfect for a big family brunch or a gathering of friends.

2. Agave

If you’re throwing a party, nothing will beat Agave, one of the best authentic Mexican restaurants in St. Pete. For parties 35 or larger, customize a menu and celebrate in the elegant lounge space, which features bar, two flat screen TV’s, a chandelier and a baby grand piano. Not enough people to fit in the lounge? Agave’s main dining and drinking space, with its fully stocked bar and unbelievably delicious food, won’t let you down.

3. Salt n Pepper Bistro

The #1 place to eat in Clearwater according to TripAdvisor, Salt n Pepper Bistro is an intimate restaurant that delivers an authentic bistro experience suited to any special occasion. It’s family-owned and operated, much like the best bistros in Paris, and as a guest you should expect a tableside visit from the owner, who also prepares the food to your liking. The menu is a classic, well-curated selection of meat, seafood and pasta made with fresh, local ingredients. For drinks, you have your choice of Paulaner beer and wine by the glass or bottle. A few words of advice: make a reservation (the space is small) and save room for the dessert crepes.

4. Sea Turtle Restaurant

This family-friendly eatery’s menu is massive, loaded with everything from breakfast specials to guilt-inducing, but delicious, fare like cheesesteaks and surf and turf. You’ll also find beer and wine from around the world here. Whether the family stops by for breakfast, lunch or dinner, there’s something to please everyone.

5. Fetishes

Fetishes is one of the finest dining experiences in the area. Here, you’ll enjoy table side preparation of classic dishes like Steak Diane and Bananas Foster in an intimate, romantic atmosphere. Guests rave about the personalized service and flawless presentation, and frequently return during their yearly vacations. Wine enthusiasts in particular should not overlook the restaurant’s selection of bottles from the world’s finest vineyards.
