RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS POLICY

1. A deposit of the 1st night of the total stay is due at the time of booking.
2. The Deposit will be applied to the last night of your stay. In the event of an early departure, 72 hours advance notice is required prior to scheduled arrival date, in order for the prepayment to be applied to the last night.
3. To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (800)257-8998
4. Prices and room type are subject to availability.
5. Early checkout: No refunds will be issued for early check out.

BOOKING AND CHECKING IN / OUT

1. All Reservations through our website are considered Reservation Request, not a Guaranteed Reservations, Prices or Room type availability are not guaranteed until the deposit of the 1st night of the total stay is charged.
2. Check In Time: 4:00 PM
3. Check Out Time: 11:00 AM
4. Minimum Check In Age is 25 Years Old

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY

1. To receive a full refund of your deposit, your cancellation or any changes to your reservation must be received at least 7 days prior to check-in day.
2. Cancellations or changes within 7 days of check-in day ​are ​subject to a fee of 1st night plus taxes.

NO SHOWS

1. No shows are not eligible for refund of deposit and will be charged the total amount due for the entire reservation.
